Thuy Le – the founder also a native Halongian who has lived in the capital of Hanoi for 15 years and roughly 5 years on Cat Ba island. Before settling down back in her Ha Long hometown, she has experienced several positions: a tour guide leading international tourists visiting her stunning Vietnam and also an owner – chef of a little restaurant serving authentic Vietnamese foods in Hanoi Old Quarter. Ginger cookery is established to engage her deep passion in her Vietnamese culture and the will of sharing her love and knowledge with international visitors about the foods, the tradition, the history that shaped her Vietnamese foods culture. |
