Would you like to surprise your friends and family about your knowledge and cooking skills after return home from your holiday in Vietnam by making some of the best authentic Vietnamese dishes?

We offer some of the most quintessential dishes in Vietnamese cuisine that you can be able to choose such as: Phở Bò( Beef noodles soup), Bún Chả( Marinated BBQ pork with thin rice noodles), Nộm Hoa Chuối( Banana blossom salad ), Nem Rán( Fried Spring Rolls) and some of the most mouth-watering coastal dishes: Hàu Nướng Mỡ Hành( Charcoal grilled oysters in peanut sauce), Tôm Sốt Tỏi Dội Bún( Wild prawn in deep fried garlic sauce on top of thin rice noodles)..

Our menu is designed to show best features of the most popular and typical Vietnamese dishes. All recipes are selected from ingredients that available in our local market which can also be easily found in any well stocked Asian grocery stores.. We will also show you the best substitute ingredients to cook and still keep most  of our dishes’s original flavour.

In our beautifully contemporary setting kitchen and garden, you won’t just have a great chance to learn how to cook and taste our wonderful dishes but also explore Vietnamese culture throughout the courses, some interesting stories of our cooking history which shaped our significant foods culture.

Our cooking classes are available from Monday through Sunday.

Timing can be customized upon requests and you can create your own menu if it is a private class

WHERE?

Ginger cookery – NO 33, To 2 Khu 1, Hung Thang, Ha Long city

HOW?

You’ll get pick up from your hotel and then get dropped off at the local market. You”ll be dazzled by color of the fruits, flowers, vegetable with pleasant smell mix with unpleasant one sometime as you’ll be guided around the market to buy ingredients and get fascinating glimpse of the local culture. Then you’ll be transfered to our kitchen where you’ll learn how to cook the real Vietnamese traditional food under the guidance of our professional cook. Once you accomplish your dishes, everything that cook by you will be served right away. You’ll be dropped of your hotel after the class. Tour end.
